What we do with the accounts you connect

repryntt is your own AI that acts, on your device, with receipts. It can also work for you in our cloud, and there it can use accounts you connect — your calendar, your inbox, your business listing, your books. Connected, it answers your email, books appointments, replies to reviews, posts to your pages and chases unpaid invoices as you, from your own accounts, rather than as us.
Connecting is optional. Nothing is connected until you connect it, one app at a time, and you can cut any connection off at that app without asking us. This page says exactly what each connection lets it do.
Where the connection actually lives
You sign in on the app's own page. We never see, ask for, or store your password. The access token that comes back is held by our integration provider, Nango, encrypted and filed against your repryntt account — not in our database and not on your computer — so every request it makes is scoped to your own connection and can reach nothing belonging to another customer.
We do not sell this data, share it for advertising, or use it to train machine-learning models. It is used to do the work you asked for, and for nothing else.

Google Calendar
used for front desk
It sees what is on your calendar and puts the appointments it books there.
Read the events on your main calendar, add the appointments it books, and cancel an event when a job calls for it. It is the events scope, not full calendar access: we never read or change your calendar settings, sharing or other calendars.

Google Business Profile

It reads the new Google reviews on your listing and replies to them as you.

Microsoft 365 (Outlook)

Mail and calendar on your own Outlook account: it writes from your address instead of ours.
Read your recent inbox, send email and replies from your own address, and see and book meetings on your calendar. Reading is read-only — we do not edit or delete your mail — and offline_access is what lets the work happen overnight without you signing in again.

Facebook & Instagram
used for content
It posts to your own Facebook Page and its linked Instagram account.
List the Pages you manage so you can pick the right one, and publish the posts you approve to that Page and its linked Instagram business account. We never read your personal profile or friends.

QuickBooks Online
used for bookkeeping
It sees who owes you what and sends the invoice you already raised as a reminder.
Read your open invoices and your customers' contact details and balances, so a reminder goes to the right customer for the right amount, and send an invoice you already raised as that reminder. We do not create or alter your ledger entries, and no payroll or banking scopes are requested.

What it will never do
- Send, post or publish anything before you approve it. Emails, posts, review replies and invoice reminders ask you every time unless you change that in Settings → Approvals; calendar invites and cancellations stop asking once you have approved ten in a row without changing one.
- Read mailboxes, calendars or listings other than the ones you connected, or reach a personal profile behind a business account.
- Request payroll, banking or tax permissions. The bookkeeping connection is the accounting scope only.
- Renew a connection you have cut off. Once you revoke its access at the app, only you can connect it again.
How to disconnect
At the app itself. You never need our permission or our help:
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Microsoft: myapps.microsoft.com → the app → Manage.
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings → Business integrations.
- QuickBooks: Settings → Manage connected apps → Disconnect.
Settings in repryntt can connect or reconnect an app; to disconnect one, use the app's own settings as above.
What it already read to do work you asked for stays with that work in your repryntt account. Closing your account deletes it within 30 days, or sooner if you ask — email hello@ai158z.com. Closing your account does not cut off the connections themselves, so revoke them at each app too.
