- What happens when my 20 hours run out?
- It pauses until your 20 hours renew next month, unless you add more: 69¢ an hour, in packs of 10, 50 or 100. A switch in Billing decides whether it carries on into hours you have bought or waits for you.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. No contract, and you keep every receipt.
- Do I need my own AI keys?
- No. 20 hours of work a month on our AI are included — in our cloud or on your own computer, one pool, no keys needed. Prefer your own AI key, a local model or a coding subscription? Use it, and the hours stay untouched.
- Where does it run?
- Run it on your own computer — your memory and logins stay there — or in our cloud. Either way, the thinking goes through our AI service on your included hours, unless you bring your own. On the included hours, the text of each request from your computer passes through our service to the model; we log the usage, never the content.
