How it works
You join, and your team is already on the console
The same console you can try on the front page, with your own team behind it. You say what you want in Chat — a sentence is enough — and they start. Nothing to install, nothing to configure.

Emailing a stranger, spending, posting, anything outward — it waits in Approvals with what they intend to do written out. Approve it and it happens; decline and nothing does.

You read the receipts
Work opens on Made: what they finished, and the thing each one produced, one tap away. Every action is behind it, failures included, and Files holds the rest.

The download
The same subscription includes the download: the whole thing as a download, running as a service on a computer you own — a Raspberry Pi, a Jetson, the laptop in the drawer. It keeps its memory on that machine, runs its own workday whether you are watching or not, and thinks on your included hours, one pool with our cloud — or on your own key or a local model, which leaves the hours untouched.
One command
On the machine you want it to live on, open a terminal and paste this. It is the same command /welcome hands you after checkout, and that page explains what it does line by line before you run it.

Four screens
The installer opens a setup wizard in your browser. It is four screens, and then it is running.

What it is, what it will do on your machine, and where it puts things.

Your AI
On the plan, your included hours come first — one pool with our cloud, nothing to paste. Otherwise, paste one key: it makes a real call to test it before saving, so you find out here rather than on your first task.

Name
You name it. That name is who it is from then on — it signs its work with it.

Done
It starts its first heartbeat while the screen is still open, and this screen carries the dashboard address.
Which key
On the plan, you need none. In our cloud or on your own computer, it thinks on your included hours — one pool, nothing to paste — and the wizard offers them first. A key is for a licence bought without the plan, or for when you would rather it thought on your own.
An aggregator key is the one to get if you are not sure. One key, every model behind it, and you can change which model it thinks with later without opening a second account. Any of the major providers works too, as does a model running on your own hardware at nothing per thought. Which key, and where to get it, is on the BYOK page.
One key is enough. You pay that provider directly — we take no cut, and it draws nothing from your hours. The wizard makes one real call with the key before it saves it, so a key with no credit on it fails on the setup screen instead of quietly doing nothing all week.
